Data Deletion Request
Effective date: 6 July 2026. Use this page to request deletion of FieldCard FSM account, user, or workspace data. FieldCard FSM is operated by Sweet Phoenix Creations.
How to request deletion
- 1Fastest: sign in to FieldCard FSM and go to Settings → Account & Data → Delete account. This immediately and permanently deletes your sign-in and all data your account owns — no email required.
- 2Alternatively, send an email to info@sweetphoenix.co.za with the subject line: FieldCard FSM data deletion request.
- 3Send the request from the account owner or admin email address used in FieldCard FSM, or include enough business information for us to verify ownership.
- 4Tell us whether you want to delete the full company workspace, a specific user, or specific customer/job records.
- 5We will confirm the request, verify account ownership, and process eligible deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security, dispute handling, or backup processes.
What may be retained
Records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or audit purposes.
Backups and logs that are retained for a limited period before automatic deletion or rotation.
Information held by third-party providers, such as payment gateways, email providers, app stores, or messaging providers, which may need to be requested from those providers directly.
